Notification Work flow QVIA Being an Ux designer I worked on couple of projects in IQVIA. One was The existing CRM system which was having very deep nested site hierarchy which was difficult to navigate and use. To Start redesign, understanding of Task flow was crucial. I created and Task flow . This was appreciated and helpful in the process of redesigning if the site.
Also Created Detailed sitemap which helped them to understand what kind of information, breadth, and depth of navigation hierarchy for any new as well as existing team members.
Problem Statement
- The current Notification workflow is complicated for users Due to which it becomes time-consuming and non-efficient task.
Requirement
- To redesign the Notification workflow with a simple approach and user-friendly design.
